4 people in custody in connection to the disappearance of Phillip Paulwell’s daughter and her mother
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Fitz Bailey reveal on Friday that four people were taken in custody in connection to the disappearance of Opposition Member of Phillip Paulwell’s 10-month-old daughter Sarayah Paulwell and her mother, 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson.
Among the suspects are Leoda Bradshaw, 34, a naturalized American citizen employed by the United States Navy. The other three people have yet to be identified.
He stated that based on the “quality and potency of the evidence” the suspects could be facing charges of kidnapping and conspiracy to murder, among other charges.
Phillip Paulwell is the current Member of Parliament for the constituency of Kingston East and Port Royal and former Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining STEM in the People’s National Party administration
Paulwell had confirmed to the public on September 9, that the reports that his 10-month-old daughter Sarayah and her mother were missing are in fact true.
Paulwell said the two were seemingly abducted from their home at Gilmore Drive, Kingston 20, on the morning of September 9 and have not been seen or heard from since
