Ann Marie Vaz faked cried at the Sea of Galilee while her Constituency suffer in drought
The people in the Fairy Hill Community of Portland, mounted roadblocks and demonstrated what they said are dusty and deplorable conditions. Ann Marie Vaz who is the Jamaica Labour Party Member of Parliament of the Constituency posted a video of herself cry at the Sea of Galilee and pouring water while residents in her Constituency are appealing to Vaz and Prime Minister Andrew Holness to address the issue of drought and lack of water.
Reggae Artiste @iamtanyastephens who is known for her activism, called out the Minister on Instagram. Stephens wrote, @annmarievaz by the sea of Galilee, overwhelmed by emotions at being there. On this side of the world her constituents have to block the road for water! The rivers flow without pause but the pipes run dry in the dust bowl created by the unending roadwork. Jamaica, are you green enough to sacrifice your health?
BTW… stop thinking it is an attack on politicians to demand they DO THEIR JOB. That’s what happens to you at YOUR JOB.
@iriefm_ja , posted a video of what they described as scenes from Fairy Hill, Portland, where residents mounted roadblocks. The residents are protesting the dust nuisance, deplorable road conditions and inconsistent water supply, reportedly caused by works on the Southern Coastal Highway improvement project, in the eastern section of the parish.
In the video you can hear a woman calling on Vaz and Holness to address the issue. She said the Parish is suffering. The woman said it must stop or they will continue to protest.
WE NEED WATER! WATER AND ROAD MUST HAPPEN!
ANN MARIE VAZ STOP BEING A GHOST!
STOP BEING A DUPPY! The woman shouted.
