Brother Polight allegedly set to plea on sexual activity with a minor
This case came to our attention when someone on the team saw an adamant denial on Instagram from Brother Polight, on what he claim are lies and hatred of plea deal against him. A link to the case was posted and we decided to investigate the case.
After further investigation, it seem as if the adamant denial from Brother Polight could actually to be ambiguous .
According to the case file, it seem as if Brother Polight do have a case to answer and possibly is set to plea. Whether he will plea guilty or not isn’t clear. Nevertheless, the case listed “plea set for 07/07/2023 at 09:00.”
Polight whose real name is Michael Noak was born 10 August 1983 in New York City. He is a Novelist, Motivational Speaker and Author who focused on black issues. According to woodgram.com, as a child, he never met his mother. He only had the opportunity to meet her when he was 17, but regrettably, her mother died of cancer within a week of meeting her. Polight described how, as a youngster, he spent many hours wailing in hatred of his mother’s abandonment. Only afterwards did he learn that his mother was advised not to have another child, and that many around her advised him to have the child aborted. At the age of 18, he became involved in a variety of criminal activities, which resulted in his spending time in prison.
Polight is known mostly for his controversial relationship with women. In an interview with DJ Vlad, Brother Polight revealed that he is a polygamist with four wives, and that he is currently courting two more. He has a legal contract with each of them because polygamy is not permitted in the United States.
He has four children with two of his spouses, with two of them residing in his home. He has stated that in order to introduce a new woman into his life, it must first be addressed among his four wives. According to Florida State Law, a L&L MOL CHILD 12-16 charge is a Lewd or Lascivious Molestation: Under Florida law, a person can be convicted of lewd or lascivious molestation if they touch under the clothing of a minor who is under 16 years of age. These acts include the touching of a minor on private parts or making the minor touch the offender in a lewd or lascivious manner.
Under Dockets it seem as if Polight had gone through multiple process of the law and is set to plea on the case.

Nevertheless, Polight vehemently denies any plea on the case. He did not address the case or questions on whether he was charged or not. Similarly, questions, regarding the case were swiftly removed from his Instagram account.
