CONFIRMED! Norman Horne is a US citizen and ineligible to sit in the Jamaican Parliament

Nationwide News has  confirmed that Horne is a citizen of the United States of America and is ineligible to sit in the Jamaican Parliament.

Questions are being raised if the necessary checks and investigation were done on Horne before he was appointed to the Senate by former People’s National Party (PNP) President Dr. Peter Phillips.

This comes after what Loop News describe as “war” over Senate seat.

Horne stated that he initially pledged to resign from the Senate In October, because he believes the new PNP President should have the freedom to choose their own Senate.

However, when Mark Golding won the PNP Presidential election on November 7 and later recommended that Peter Bunting be appointed to the Senate, Mr. Horne made a U-turn and declined to resign.
