Minister Carlene Davis drops a new Christmas Jam with 10-year-old Antiguan

Carlene Davis is pretty much a legend when it comes to Christmas tunes in Jamaica, and her song “Santa Claus, Do you Ever come to the Ghetto” is like the holiday anthem everyone knows!

This year, she’s back at it for 2024 with a new take on the classic carol, “Oh Holy Night.” She teamed up with an adorable singing prodigy, 10-year-old Enoch Thomas. The new track is out under I and I Records and Glory Music, produced by Camar Doyles and Tommy Cowan, and it’s getting distributed by VP Records.

They took Camar’s original digital production and gave it a live music makeover thanks to Tommy.

Little Enoch from Antigua can’t believe he’s sharing the mic with the one and only Minister Carlene Davis. He’s over the moon, saying, “I feel like a Star! 2024 has been awesome for me, especially since I’ve started working with my manager Noel Howell from New York and producer Camar Flava. I’m planning to drop my first single in February and record an EP later in the year. To God be the Glory!”

Carlene Davis is all about the excitement too, saying that “Oh Holy Night” is one of her favorites and she’s super impressed with Enoch’s vocal skills!
