Vybz Kartel Appears to Threaten Fiancée Sidem Ozturk During TikTok Live
A recent incident on TikTok Live involving dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel has raised concerns among viewers and fans. The artiste, known for his controversial persona, was seen in a seemingly tense exchange with his fiancée Sidem Ozturk.
The video, appears to show Kartel’s tone becomes increasingly aggressive, culminating in what many interpret as a threatening remark directed at his fiancée.
Adidja Palmer, known professionally as Vybz Kartel, made a comment during an appearance on the podcast “Context Matters” with his attorney, Isat Buchanan.
Following an announcement for a commercial break by Buchanan, the recording continued with the introduction of music.
During the musical interlude, Kartel is heard addressing a woman, who is not visible in the video. He inquires why she was speaking to a man, who is also not visible in the recording.
Vybz Kartel is heard saying, “Hey gyal, yuh waan mi box dung yuh bloodclaat?”
The woman explains that she was asking for the Wi-Fi password. Kartel continues his threat, repeatedly saying, “don’t do dat, y’hear”.
When he realises that viewers heard the threat, he asked that it be deleted.
Buchannan, laughs and instructs the TikTok viewers to unsee it.
The woman clarifies that she was inquiring about the Wi-Fi password. Kartel continues with his stern warning, repeatedly saying, “Don’t do that, you hear?”
Kartel was released from prison on July 31 after spending over a decade behind bars for the murder of Clive “Lizard” Williams, whose remains were never found. He was arrested in 2011 and sentenced to life in prison.
